Interior Tenant Improvement 2nd Floor Loft – Manteca Residence

This was a residential project which consisted of painting the interior walls for a fresh look, installing new lamp fixtures, demo and installation of new floor tile and wood flooring to give the loft a modern look. We also restructured and framed the arch way to install beautiful custom arch French Doors, installed a stone counter top under the existing extended segmental window and fabricated the refer cubby.
